As a nervous system specialist trained in both Feldenkrais & Somatic Experiencing I’m in a unique position to offer you neuro-sensory movement exercises that work on your deepest human system. Unlike yoga, you probably won’t break a sweat in my class; the techniques I’ll take you through are easy and gentle and require more self-awareness than strength. But don’t let that fool you – they’re designed to create some pretty powerful change on a neurobiological level.
