As you might have guessed by the program’s name, what I teach is not yoga. Nor is it exercise, or stretching. It’s called the “Feldrenkrais Method” and it’s a method that invites the body to explore very gentle movements directed with verbal instructions. The aim is for you to increase your awareness of your body and its ability to move through space while finding greater support from the surface you’re lying, sitting or standing on.
