Syndromes can be defined as an array of symptoms that collectively indicate or characterize a disease, psychological disorder or other abnormal conditions occurring in the body. Our nervous systems on a societal whole have been too stressed (family, work, financial, wireless, pollution, love life) and can no longer bare the burden load. Our bodies start to show signs of stress and dis ease and over time can begin to develop syndromes, which may often be labeled as psychosomatic (all in your head) as the symptoms are constantly changing.

What are your options when you are stressed?

  1. Disassociate (shutdown)
  2. Fight Back
  3. Flee
  4. Ask for help

If you are unable to fight back or ask for help, you will essentially develop coping mechanisms which will suppress the root cause of your symptoms, therefore leading to increased levels of disassociation and potentially an increase in pain or deregulation in your body.

De-Regulations May Cause:

  • Torticollis
  • Fibromyalgia
  •  Emotional flooding or lack of emotions (frozen)
  • Regional Pain Syndrome
  • Anxiety & Panic-Related Disorders
  • Depression
  • Digestion issues, food sensitivities
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Inability to relax, exhaustion leading to Chronic Fatigue
  • Exaggerated Startle Response
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Rage
  • Fear – possibly so severe that you are no longer able to leave your house
  • Migraines
  • Vasodilation or vasoconstriction
  • Dissociation/ or disconnections
  • Complex syndromes
  • Psychosomatic aliments

If you suffer from one (or more) of the syndromes listed here, know that it’s never too late to get the help you need. It takes a lot of courage to accept help and to study yourself with compassionate curiosity so you can start making the right steps towards healing. Your health can affect an entire family and social support system. Let’s work together so you can break through your pain and discomfort once and for all.
